I just got this new lens (Nikon 50mm 1.4) for a birthday present this year, and it's about time I actually tested it out! And surprise, surprise, my cat happened to be the subject (once again) for my test. Heh.
But look at that creaminess!!! Yum!!! It's still taking me a bit of time to get used to it, but I'm liking what I see so far. I hope to be able to use this lens for my future shoots; it's just too hot of a lens to leave unused and ignored....;)

I love that just his eyes are in focus. Srsly, I can't wait to see what else you can do with it! The wedding detail close-ups!!... oohh... it's all so very shiny!
