I may have overdone the fruit topping. My dessert ended up looking like a 12" UFO where all the fruit decided to have a pool party of whipped cream! Hmm...that doesn't sound too bad actually ;P

When you have no man to celebrate this gooey day with, what better way than to celebrate by making and baking desserts with one of your good friends? We had a blast experimenting with new recipes and photo-documenting everything. Haha! Good times :)

Bad Blogger

Holy cr*p. Has it been forever since I last posted? My bad. And not to mention a huge break in my photo exercise....actually, I have been taking an image a day, but it's not yet materialized on this blog. So I'm half-way there?

***btw, Happy Valentine's Day or S.A.D. (Single Awareness Day - haha *cry* :< ) to those who celebrate the 14th of February. Even though it's one of those commercialized "days", I still hope you're spending it with someone you care about and telling them how much you appreciate and love them <3

I don't think I'd ever like to be this mouse...ever. I can't even find its head. Thank goodness it wasn't real. Phew. Another one meets the trash.

**updated: I found its head on my carpet, half chewed, half missing. All that's left is the furry casing. Ewwww....
